Function and Scope of the Position:
| Responsible for creating and implementing the master plan for acquisition and retention of customers for GSPL. |
Specific Responsibilities & Duties:
| Create and execute plan to identify and acquire Corporate Clients for GSPLs Biz IT Solutions and Software Services. Manage pipeline-funneling prospects to closure, providing high visibility of efforts and metrics to management. Create and execute plan to identify and acquire in new customers. |
Develop deal-making process and documentation to enable high-speed closure of new deals in
| consistently high-quality manner. Establish procedures for full-cycle cutomer satisfaction, including but not limited to cross-linking, marketing & public relations, as well as metrics for measuring cutomer profitability, effectiveness and satisfaction. |
Experience: Not a major criteria. |
Knowledge & Skills: Deal making, negotiation, strong personal and written communications, ability to think both strategically and tactically, a structured approach to relationship development. |
Education: Technical background would be appreciated. |
Travel: 30-40% |
Preferred: MBA from a good business school. A strong rolodex of contacts is a big plus. |
