Overview
The software industry has grown like a multi-headed hydra, without any coherent form or content. Every company touts itself as a global leader, trying to pawn sub-standard products and services to an unsuspecting client. Some of the challanges commonly encountered in Software industry are the following:

Lack of understanding of the Biz processes and intricacies. Most of the times the IT professionals do not understand that IT is an ENABLING service- a means to an end and not an end in itself. It is not surprising to find businesses straddled with software packages which are either totally out of sync with the business needs or end up creating more problems (in terms of Business Process changes or Cost of Ownership).

Insensitive Monoliths. Surprisingly IT industry turns quite insensitive to user requirements both when formulating the scope and specs and as well as for the post development / after sales phase. The result is a frustrated organization not knowing which way to look.

Out of the box solutions which most of the times are static generalizations. It needs to be realized that biz environments are dynamic. It is one thing to buy a ready-made package like a Word Processor and quite another to buy an out of the box CRM solution. Each industry and each firm in that industry is distinct. Just as no two individual can be alike, core biz processes too vary according to culture, economy and other dynamic variables. It very good to talk about one global business standard but it rarely ever materializes and we don’t see it happening in the near future either.

No Processes. The IT sector is full of methodologies and processes. However, most are also loaded with unnecessary overheads. The net result is that the client ends up paying for the duplicated and often futile exercises.

We do understand that some of the Biz needs can be taken care of by Products, which may or may not be configurable. However, our domain of expertise lies in understanding you unique needs and tailor making IT solutions to them.
